Bashinda please vote in the Ashkenazi poll, this is for NOT ASHKENAZI and NOT SEFARDI - unless you mean there's a minhag Russia and Romania that is neither here nor there.

I've met some Mountain Jews. they speak hebrew. I also thought it was Dagestan, but maybe its both, or there is some spillover?
