If you add a Tablespoon of vodka to your doughnut dough, it won't let the oil seep in.

I didn't want to try this at first, bec. I hate any kind of booze. But I finally tried it - it was amazing! We had delicious donuts w/o the oilly filled taste.

DH thought I had bought them.

and if you add the vodka, who cares how it taste? you'll be too drunk to notice Laughing

nonsense. the heat of frying will drive off the alcohol long before you eat it.

It sounds pathetic to say, but you know I'm joking, right? A person can't get drunk from so little vodka anyway.
