Hi, I have been trying to eat and cook healthier. I am very used to cooking whatever tastes good, tons of oil, sugar, etc. I was wandering if anyone knows some good recipes to make for Shabbos that are actually healthy? Healthy kugels? Vegetable dishes? Healthy desserts? Anyone have any recipes?

green beans with krispy shallots from I think Kosher pallete or koshe by design
fresh green beans cut ends and wash- dont know amounts just use whatever you want
it calls for margerine but you can use canola oil- 2 tbsps of margerine- 1 at the bottom and one after you add green beans
salt and pepper
saute until bright green
in another skillet heat oil and fry thin;y sliced shallots until browned- they will crisp up after you take them out of the pan
serve shallots on top of green beans
