I use my mother's potato kugel recipe, which makes enough for a 9x13. It's just me and DH, so I don't need that much. I can split into 2 8x8s, but those are more shallow, and the taste/texture is not the same. Is there a smaller foil pan that is deeper than 1 inch? Doesn't have to be square, but I'd prefer that.

8x8 is not the same height?? I use that and I think it is

The 7x10 deep pan. Also called a 5 lb pan. Sometimes it comes as a set with lids.

There are 2.5 lb pans that are 1/2 the size of 9x13
