Play kitchen with plastic food.
Baby doll with a stroller or crib or other accessories
Magnatiles

She is too young for an American girl doll. It is not needed at this age and she will ruin it.
A stool for the kitchen will never feel like her toy /gift.

I do not know what things cost, but with your grandmother’s permission, you can get a baby doll with a stroller and a kitchen stool.

DD is 2.5 and plays hours and hours with dolls and stroller. And loves the play kitchen at my in-laws. Making us all food etc.

My older daughter played very little with the dolls. So don't be surprised if she doesn't like it as much.

If you don't have a scuttlebug bike get her everyone loves it. Or invest in the scooter that has a pull down seat but she might still be slightly young.
