The hush shop always has some plus size clothing on sale. I get from there. I find cheap companies just don't look good on big sizes.

Skirt Society is one of my faves. They have nice dresses and skirts. Sizes go up to 3xl, but definitely have your measurements handy. I’m usually a 2x in most places, but found I’d need a 3x for certain items.
H&M has been on point, too. The one I go to by my job has nice dresses. The one I bought does need a t-shirt underneath but it is light weight and perfect for summer. I’ll see if I can find the link. I’m a 2x and got it in an XXL and it fits great. I think it goes up to XXXL online.

I’m about a 16/18, but I have large arms and my back side sticks out too much
I would love a design that camouflage that

I’ve stopped shopping at SHEIN ever since the Israel discrimination. It’s been really hard bc they really have a lot. A great replacement has been Costco shirts. They’re so cheap and extremely comfortable and you can’t get a better return policy! Some items go til 3x- I recommend you search Costco.com. Many items there can be purchased even without a membership. But if you know someone who has one, you can have them order for you.
I’ve also been trying temu. It’s a bit harder than shein, but you can find here and there. I find the hardest issue to be the material. It’s usually not cotton and not that comfortable. It’s easy to search for denim though- because that is across the board.
Another site I’ve recently found is woman within- they sell the brands Jessica London, Roaman, etc. you can find those companies on Amazon as well. They’re not as cheap, but they have a lot. Good luck!

I think my definition of casual is different than most
By casual I mean everyday put together attire. Not T-shirts and sneakers
Maybe it’s called business attire , I don’t know, like what you would wear to Shiur in Shul
