Friend gave me a Potato Kugel for Pesach. It came frozen. I do not have a oven for Pesach. Can I put it on the Platta for YT? I defrosted it in the fridge. Will it be soggy? Tasty?

Yes, I remove mine from freezer and reheat well on Plata. Does your Plata get hot?

Or if you have a flame on when it’s cold cut it up into squares and pan fry them for about a min per side.
