How do I cook it? Assuming it doesn’t need to be spiced.

Cook in a little water and place in the crockpot, set on low and cook for at least 6-8 hours.. it doesn’t need a sauce or spices until after it’s ready..

We put it in the crockpot with a bit of water. So good.
