Other than eggs or avocados
Restrictions (that I remember at the moment) are as follows;
No gebbroks
No tomatoes
No tapioca starch
No baking powder/soda
No vanilla
No chocolate/cocoa
We only have a dairy frying pan. No other dairy pots or dairy oven
One kid expressed an interest in pancakes, if anyone has a recipe that fits these parameters

No. Milk and Matza is ok. Only water and Matza is considered gebroks in our family.

Baked frittata, parve. Or make it stovetop in a pan. Cut it into wedges and serve with matzah cream cheese and salt for everybody to butter up.
