I have been sick the last couple weeks. Two weeks of a fever and cough before they took me seriously. Still on several strong antibiotics so my stomach is funky and I have no energy. Haven’t even finished turning over. I guess this is mostly a vent but also looking for some fast and easy foods. We don’t buy much prepared stuff on Pesach. Feeling sick just thinking about all there is left to do.

Hugs!
Last year, I was pp.
Here's an easy Pesach menu plan:
First night:
Chicken soup
Pot roast- put a chuck eye roast in a pot with onions, spices, and water at the beginning of the Seder. It will be ready for Shulchan Orech.
Boiled broccoli

Make enough of these foods to use for the second night as well.

Day-
Baked chicken - put up Yom Tov morning
Boiled potatoes
Salad
Ices

I’m reading this from my bed- today is supposed to be my cooking marathon but I’m horizontal in the wrong room.
No great ideas, but sending hugs!

Meat and potatoes, chicken and potatoes.
If that isn't acceptable, time to ask a shayla.

We made it till erev Pesach.. all turned over, we have a couple pots soup, chicken/ potatoes, broccoli, and compote and now I am crashing before I run back to the doctor because fever is back high again (already on 3 antibiotics) and my breathing is a little poor . Please daven that I don’t have a miserable Pesach myself in the hospital. I really don’t want to be admitted (yes I know rest doesn’t match with watching and feeding toddlers). Preparing myself mentally for a mussar shmuz, yes I pushed myself . Feeling lousy and not ready yom tov
