BH I cook well during the year, but over Pesach other than my chicken soup and potato Kugel, few things turn out well. I think that my problem is that I try to adapt my regular recipes and it just doesn't work. For example, I tried to adapt my flanken and vegetable soup but without the barley it wasn't the same. Also, my family doesn't like sweet flavours other than dessert and over Pesach so many sauces, ketchup, Kugel recipes etc are very sweet.
I know that it's very close to Pesach but I'd be so appreciative if anyone can share some basic non patchky Pesach recipes, especially for side dishes, and desserts that aren't brownies. Also a good flanken soup recipe  Thanks
