You can make crockpot chicken that isn't soupy or overly liquidy. I actually prefer it for seder night because it doesn't have to be babysat and wont overcook.

If you eat mushrooms this is very good. Just use potato starch for the flour. I would quickly brown the chicken make the sauce and then let the flavors come together in the crockpot.
