Someone posted a recipe for fake kneidlach made from chopped chicken. I can’t seem to find it now.
If it was you, can you please repost? Or if someone knows which thread it was in, please link.

I do:
1lb ground chicken
2 eggs
1 squash grated
Onion
Salt
Pepper

Shape in to balls & cook in the soup. It's absolutely delicious.
