Does anyone have the carrot souffle recipe from by cookbook (regular) handy that they could post?
( I want to adopt for pesach..)

This is a really old post but had to bump because I came in here for exactly this recipe!!
I love this recipe during the year and was wondering if I would find a similar recipe here

Anyone tried a carrot soufflé with potato starch instead of flour? And will it be bad if I skip the vanilla extract and baking powder?

Or does anyone have a good pesach carrot kugel/soufflé recipe?

Made it last year for pesach with potato starch. I did put baking powder though. Was delicious.
