Can anyone cut and paste a good recipe for a non Gebrokts apple kugel with no separating eggs?

Why would you need to separate the eggs? Ive never done that on pesach or ever.

The last 2 recipes I looked at needed separating eggs.

Six apples thinly sliced
One teaspoon cinnamon
Two teaspoon lemon juice
Half a cup of sugar
Crumble:
One cup oil
One egg
2.5 cups potato starch
3/4 cup sugar
3.5 oz ground nuts .
Bake at 350 for 1 hour

I made this in 2 8 x 8 pans. It’s really good (and easy to make). I used less apples than it calls for. If you use all the apples you can make it in a 9 x 13.
