My baby woke up with dry crusted blood in his ear. I already made an appt with the dr for this afternoon but I’m so anxious. Has anyone here experienced this?

Likely a burst ear drum
I wouldn’t worry too much
They’ll prescribe drops and probably also antibiotics

Could be a ruptured ear drum…my son would get them. Is there lots of puss/ear wax also coming out?
They heal relatively quickly with antibiotics and drops. Also, once it’s burst, the most painful part for the child is over.

There is a lot of wax so that probably is what it is.
We’re going on a plane tomorrow for pesach though, is that going to be super painful for him?
