I believe the loose powder is, BUT, I found it so much easier to to find what I needed from Shabbos Brush Ups and 7 Day Shine. (I also found the “kosher brands” to be less expensive and I like supporting frum women business)
Definitely worth consulting your LOR if the frum companies are not meeting your needs.

I have ordered from brushups in the past and was happy but the last times I tried ordering it wouldn't go through

I'm super happy with 7th day shine. The best is the eye liner. It seriously lasts!!!
