I'm clueless when it comes to makeup and trying to figure it out.
Do I put liner on my bottom lid?if so in the lashline or under?does it depend on the eye shape?also gel or marker?

Makeup is sort of an expression of oneself. Do what feels right/good for you.
I always put on the bottom along with the top, on the lash line, but I know people who don't do both. Personally, I like Revlon twist up pencil.
