It’s out of the blue and I don’t know what to do. Anybody have any ideas what would cause it and how to get him to stop?

Treat him for pinworms and test for strep

Was going to say this. Pinworms. Strep can be a cause too. But grinding is more commonly pinworms.

Not op but didn’t realize was a big deal I know not the best but My 4 year old always grinds his teeth not new is that something I should be concerned about just thought it’s something he has to outgrow?
