Bingo often carries cases of grapes for juicing before Pesach. (Haven’t looked yet this year.) The produce place on 9S just over the border in Howell might also have (haven’t been in a long time but those places often carry them). Some other groceries might also get them in but not sure which.

Grapes are harvest in the fall, the time to make grape juice is by Sukous time not Pesach.
