I posted this on another thread but it will probably get lost.
How can someone in Baltimore get help with Pesach costs (specifically food)? Ahavas Yisrael has a whole intake process; you can't just call them and ask for some $.
Like many others, we are middle class; both spouses with professional degrees, working hard and long, but struggling to pay our monthly bills.

You could ask the Rav if your shul. Maybe he has to distribute or maybe he has suggestions of where to turn to.

I’m not really sure if that exists here.

The Rabbanim of several shuls in Baltimore collect Maos Chitin and distribute to members of their own kehilla who need to pay for Yom Tov expenses. Please talk to your Rav and let him know you need help.

You'd be surprised. Speak to your Rav

Call the Rav of your shul.
Some shuls also have loans, you don’t have to be a member of their shul to get a loan.
