I want to travel to Syracuse to watch eclipse, want to know about minyan, shul. I see the main shul is closed due to unforeseen reasons....Anyone knows where there will be minyan?

By main shul do you mean Chabad? There is a Chabad house that should be open.

Shaarei Torah's website says closed from 8:15 am to 7:15 pm.
That means Shacharis will still be on (they daven at 6:45 am during the week).
Shkiyah in Syracuse is around 7:40, so Mincha will also be on - they daven at 7:30 pm.
Chabad in Syracuse usually does not have Minyanim during the week.
There are also Shacharis minyanim in Cortland (further south than Syracuse) at 7:30 and 9:00 am on Monday (one at Chabad, one at Hope Lake Lodge/Greek Peak).
I don't know of any other official Mincha minyanim in the area. (Ithaca is pretty out of the way.) However if there are enough visitors you can probably make an unofficial minyan at Chabad.
