For my wedding gown fix (she build a topper in one week and matched to my dress… the total was $700 with a very nice lace that I can still wear with skirts or over other gowns… if it’s something simple like sleeves she is great, and will work
With you on price especially if you have time.

I would also recommend going to mood fabrics (online or at the store) they recommend seamstresses there. Probably at other fabric stores near you.
