My dilemma sounds pretty silly but I have no idea which socks to buy for my boys for Shabbos. I have a 4 yr old and baby (no shoes yet).
From what I see on the street, everyone matches socks to shoes (not to pants)
I'm planning to use for Pesach, when it's not that warm yet, their short summer outfits, with knee socks and a jacket/ cardigan so they aren't cold.
they have a matching outfit that has grey pants. But DS4 shoes are beige (matching his other outfit) so for the grey pants oufit, I was still gonna buy beige socks to match his shoes. But my baby doesn't walk yet, so beige socks on him would look really ridiculous. Not matching the pants, and no shoes yet. But if I buy him grey socks and my older son beige, it will look off- one boy in beige socks and other in grey? OTOH if I buy grey socks for both, DS4 will look ridiculous with grey socks and beige shoes... WWYD???

I would do grey knee socks for both in this case
