Hi,
I am planning to take six weeks disability leave starting right before I give birth in August, and then utilise my paid famil leave sukkos time.
My boss does not see me, how soon before do I let him know?

Legally, 30 days before. I told my boss at the beginning of my third trimester as a courtesy. I work remote so they wouldn’t have had any prior warning
