what will make the cake not fall out from the pan while it's upside down? please only respond if u did it before. Thanks

Is this in the oven while it bakes? I'm trying to work out what it is you're trying to do. I know for myself I usually have the issue that my cakes don't want to come out the pan once they're cooked, even when I turn it upside down.

You can only use the pan for certain types of cakes where you don't grease the pan such as sponge cakes or chiffon cakes. Yes I use a tube pan all the time for such cakes and the cakes have never fallen out. After the cake is fully cooled, you need to run a knife or spatula around the edge to separate the cake from the pan.
