Looking to arrange a family Shabbos, maybe 50 people or so. What’s the best way to arrange food economically but still not requiring a huge amount of running around?
If we went to a camp or group of houses that is not near a community, do we get drop off catering beforehand? Would we bring waiters to be in voiced in set up/clean up? Would that make sense to then also have mashgiach? Where do we find staff? Assuming this is cheaper than a chef… has anyone made a Shabbos like this that’s on the smaller end and have any ideas?

when we did this we found this to be the best solution for us.
Buying 9x13 pans of assorted food from any takeout place and bringing along to be rewarmed. We found some yeshiva guys willing to waiter/man the kitchen for pay. It also helped us make a minyan.
