I honestly wasn’t sure where to post this. This past weeks issue of binah had an article by a certain “ nutritional counselor” titled “don’t quit smoking. “ basically at the end she wrote, people are more likely to die from obesity related causes than smoking related causes therefore lose weight before you try and quit smoking. Once you lose weight than you can try and quit.
I would like to contact binah, does anyone know how .

I have found that Binah will only print letters that fit there agenda.
They can get letters about topics but you would never know because they will not print them.
I am interested to see if they will print any letters ageist this article.

I can. Because I read it over shabbas. The premise was he was overweight and told her he’s also going to quit smoking. She told him not to quit smoking yet, but to lose weight first. Her reasoning being, don’t try these two things at once (which isn’t necessarily terrible advice it’s more a problem that she’s not qualified to give said advice) and that ppl die of obesity related illness more than smoking related. So lose weight first.

Gosh...can't believe she's still giving advice out there. Maybe she threatened legal action if they don't print LOL. Like imamother was threatened if threads not removed. I made my daughter stop using her after that fiasco. Only because of her unhinged threats.. a credible business isn't scared of online reviews and discussion.
