Trying to come up with a creative name related to Moshe ( don't love Avigdor) Dh has a relative we would love to name after but don't love the name Moshe alone and would love to give a middle name with a similar meaning or association / that is somehow related , being that we'd probably call the baby the middle name . Any ideas much appreciated . Thanks

I looked in the sefer 'Ishei HaTanach', which gives all gemaras/midrashim//etc about people from Tanach, and often includes alternative names. Here are names which I have heard actually used by people.
Yekutiel/Yekusiel
Shmaya
Yered (Jared)
Avigdor
Toviah
Levi
Chever

My brother was named after a grandfather named Moshe and we had another grandfather that shared the same name.
My mother did not like any of Moshe Rabbeinu's other names and our Rebbi suggested Menashe as its the same letters as Moshe with the addition of the nun for 'nun shaarei chochma'
Amother for obvious reasons

As it is written:
משה ואהרן בכוהניו ושמואל בקוראי שמו
קוראים אל השם והוא יענם.
I know someone who called their child Nevo after the Har upon which Moshe was niftar.
Alternatively you could always add the traditional Chaim that goes with almost every name - ie. Moshe Chaim.

According to Chazal, both Tuvia and Levi were names of Moshe Rabbenu.
Do you like either of those?
You could also use Amram, who was Moshe's father.
