This will be my first time doing a playgroup, I have a basic idea of what I need and what my structure will be (18m-2yo)
Any advice on where to find printable projects online?
Does anyone know the typical summer schedule? Like when the breaks are, what days are typically off etc
Any advice will be super appreciated!

Typical Lakewood schedule is starting Monday July 1 for 8 weeks.
If you want, you can offer Weeks #9 and #10 and you'll fill up
Shiva Asar Btamuz is a half day.
Tisha Bav is no camp.
Many camps do Erev Tisha Bav 1/2 day but not all backyard playgroup camps do.
The day after Tisha Bav, you can start an hour late.
But all of those need to be shared before camp starts, and don't throw it on the parents

Looking for printable's just google them. Such as you want a rabbit, type in clip art rabbit and you'll get that.
Chinch.org has some nice 9day stuff some of it is good for 2 year old's.
Here is a schedule feel free to use or adjust it
Free play
circle time\daving
snack
art's n crafts
lunch
nap time
if you end at 2:00 it's get ready to go home
Are you planing to do swimming? You can do that in the morning instead of art n crafts
If the kids are staying until 3 or later you can do arts n crafts after nap time.

So I’m located far out Toms River. Around 15min drive down from chestnut
I don’t have anything officially set in stone yet, but IYH plan on doing longer hours to make up for the less than ideal location
Thanks to those who responded so far! Huge help

For that age you might want to use water tables instead of a pool for swimming.
Jewish coloring books have nice pictures you could photo copy for the kids to color.
