Hi I am 5”2, 130 pounds. Look great with clothing on but have a big squishy belly. What exercise do you recommend?

Have you always had the belly or just post childbirth or gaining some weight?
If it's post childbirth, sometimes belly skin gets stretched out and stays that way.
If the belly came after you gained 10 lb, even though you are a healthy wright, losing 10 lbs would probably get rid of it.
Honestly, I'd recommend whatever type of exercise you enjoy, is convienient, and affordable for you. If that's going to a gym and having a personal trainer that's great, if it's Crossfit that's great, swimming is great, jogging is great.

Echo this!!
Most important thing to remember, is that your genetics determine where you should lose fat first - not your excersize since you can't spot reduce body fat.
You can strengthen muscles, but that won't help you lose fat in a specific area in the body.
That being said, try to maximize your protein intake, do not restrict foods you love, work out in a way that you love, and allow it to take time. You've got this!!

Exercise won't remove fat, but increased muscle tone can improve the overall appearance of a specific area to some extent.

Cut out refined/added sugar mostly. Eating fat doesn't turn into belly fat, it's the excess calories and low-quality calories like added sugar are the biggest bang for the buck.

Get your liver enzymes checked to ensure it’s not fatty liver. That can happen depending on the macros of your diet ( especially high in sugar/fructose). It’s known as thin on the outside fat on the inside.
