Why do you need nickname? It’s a good name on its own?
Liba-Loo.

I really like this, but I'm afraid she'll have to keep explaining that it's Leebi and not Libby.

This is so cute! But I'm looking for something that can be used socially. This is great for family

I think Liba is gorgeous and doesn’t need a nickname.

Leelee. But I will say we started out with ideas for nicknames for our kids but most of them just happen organically.

I’ve seen it spelled Leebi or Leeby. It’s a common enough nickname that there shouldn’t be trouble with it.

My friend spells it Leebee.
It's never been confused for Libby.

I've also seen Leebi spelled Libi which is phonetic and looks nicer IMO
