I got the name Dr. David Ritterband of "Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital" on E 64th street, Manhattan (from Chaim Medical).
I also heard very good things about Dr. Raphael Rosenbaum, who has an office in BP, but is the place where he does the surgeries "Sheepshead Bay Surgical center" as safe as the Manhattan hospitals?
Has anyone else looked into these two doctors gor Cataract surgery?

I dont know if he's considered a top name but my opthalmologist Dr Pazkowski did mine and I was very happy.
Hes part of Dr Liebergalls group. Rockland county, monsey area

Dr. Raphael Rosenbaum is amazing as a doctor for people with high risk eye issues. I don't know enough to respond about cataracts specifically.

Dr Ritterband is a cornea specialist and I believe Dr Rosenbaum might be a retina specialist. Is this a complicated cataract surgery that you need this type of specialist. Ritterband is very reputable. Rosenbaum I don't know personally, but I know his father is good. Dr. Metz is also very good, he does a lot of cataract surgery.

Im not aware thet theres anything unique about this cataract case, but is using a Manhattan Dr thats in a Manhatan clininc, the better/safer way to go, nevertheless? (I always think how Joan Rivers died in surgery in Manhattan).
