I used to have the recipe but can’t find it
It had vinegar, oil, sugar, water, salt and a slivered almonds for crunch

½ C vinegar
¾ C sugar
¼ C oil
1 t salt
red cabbage
scallions

This is a fabulous slaw
Ingredients:
Half bag or head of green cabbage
Half bag or head of purple cabbage
Half bag of shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onion or red onion
2 cups cooked edamame
1 cup roasted cashews
2 cups crunchy chow mein noodles (optional)
(You can lessen or omit the cashew or chow mein if you’d like)
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil (you can use any other oil as well)
3 tablespoons white vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil – very important for flavor!
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
a few shakes of garlic powder
