Read or learn about DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). It will change your life. It's basically manuals for how to manage anger (among other things) - and how to be a good human. If you don't feel comfortable about meeting a therapist yet, read a book about it, there are many. It's one of the foremost therapies these days and is being taught even in many Bais Yaakovs today - it's like Being Human Skills 101.
