If 2 hours ago, I left a Magic Mill Water Urn that's about 1/4 full of water, plugged in, and no one is home to plug it out, will anything happen if I dont get back until Sunday lunchtime iyH?

Can a neighbor or friend stop by and unplug it?

I don’t see what the problem is unless you mean one of those little rapid boil kettles

It won't evaporate from a closed shabbos urn.

I never used a magic milk but my urn is plugged in for months at a time and it never broke.
Eta many urns have any automatic shut-off if the water level gets too low anyway

If it's large and 1/4 full it probably won't run out in a few days.
