I read the biography and it talks about people who finished Tehilim at the kever. Has anyone done this and seen changes in their lives? Davening for a specific yeshua and would like to hear feedback

I heard of beautiful stories of yeshuos without saying the entire tehilim. It's worth going to his kever.

Yes.
My husband and I go there often. We have seen tremendous yeshuas and miracles.
I don’t know about saying full Sefer tehillim though.
