Chap A Nosh Cole Slaw

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayo (must be full fat Gefen)
3 tbsp vinegar
3/4 tsp salt

Don't add water. The creamy mayo used manages to incorporate itself on its own. Turn over container a few times during the first hour so everything mixes well.

If I use low fat and or a different brand then it’s not worth it to make this recipe?

Add a tbsp of lemon juice & some black pepper too. Personally I do like to add water.

It's not the right recipe if you don't use gefen because of the consistency. Possibly could work with their lower fat version too.

Personally I don't put in vinegar. I put in water, mayo and sugar. Tastes great.
