Started to do exercise for health reasons/diabetes/one min of treadmill sounds like ten min and I can barely push five min. Heart pounding pouring sweat... Is this normal? Setting was on really fast paced walking where it showed eat burn on the machine.

Yes especially when you're just beginning. It's a crazy adjustment for the body to go from 0 to 100

So so normal! Please be kind and compassionate with yourself. You're undertaking an amazing journey, and literally every step counts. It really does get easier.

I started exercising again a few weeks ago, dancing to music. First day was out of breath by one song and now I can make it through three.
