My 2 week old has a bunch of tiny little pimples just under is belly button.
Trying to figure out if this is normal or what I am supposed to do next.

I was also thinking it's a heat rash, I don't overbundle him but he is forever sweating.

If it's yeast, try a bit of diluted apple cider vinegar applied with a cotton ball.

He might be reacting to the chemicals in the diaper. Try using a clean brand. My baby also gets diaper rashes whenever I eat dairy.
