yes, but don't expect too much from him, if it is not spectacular he is not even bothering to answer - and I know that from experience...

Well, if it's not a major problem, does he really need to spend his precious time on it? He only has X amount of hours in the day - should he be spending it on trivial questions or on life-threatening emergencies? I read an article recently in Mishpacha (I think) about these medical referrers, and one noted that most problems can be very well or even better solved by your family doctor than by a specialist.

he saved my cousins sister from death two times. I tell you though he is very hard to contact unless it is an emergency.

what I find particularly fascinating about him is that he is a Chasidishe guy who had no secular schooling and he became an expert in medical matters because it became his passion, becoming proficient in English along the way

and if he had secular schooling from grade 1 and on, I don't think he would be any more knowledgeable in this field

also amazing how he takes no money for this as director and founder of the organization, donated the prize money

he has a large family and marrying them off costs a fortune, I wonder why he doesn't take a salary

I guess so that no one should say that his opinions are influenced by money or that he does it only for the money and not leshem shomayim.

He is an unbelievable human being. If it is a true medical emergency you'll get through. If it is a general question, there are many medical referrals around the globe which should be able to help you.

good luck
