Dh wants to eat my kale. The checked ones in the kosher store are very expensive and also I heard they are full of chemicals and pesticides. Should I buy the organic fresh kale and check it and than blend or but the frozen organic non kosher and blend?

Organic greens are full of bugs.
If he wants fresh, frozen isn’t going to work.
You can buy fresh organic and soak and rinse, and soak and rinse and then check.
(I know people will say you can do a Chazakah/handful check, but many rabbanim explain that that is a heter for a commercial food establishment. Also if you do a chazakah check and you find ONE bug, you will have to throw out ALL of the kale.)
You can also teach yourself to check with a thrip cloth.

Kale is full of heavy metals and oxalates. Even organic. Better to stay away.

Organic kale is impossible to check. There will always be bugs.
Many hold that if you're using a high powered blender and blending fully, you don't need to check bug-sensitive fruits/veggies and it's enough to just wash well first, ask your LOR.

Are all the other vegetables full of metals also?
