Whats with Santander/Zelle? Two days in a row its not working? I want to pay someone and I cant.
Yesterday I called Santander Cust Serv and they told me theyre having a systemwide issue, its not only me, and I should try again in two hours. Luckily, two hours later it worked.
Now tonight again?

Santander Zelle is terrible. Constant issues. I’m considering switching banks just because of the Zelle problem! I know that sounds ridiculous but I really depend on Zelle.

Santander employee explained that I couldnt pay with Zelle 2 nights in a row, because theyre seeing lots of fraud and set up the system to prevent more use than typical for a user.
They ought to have a 24 hr Cust Serv line.
