Capitalizing "divine" when it's being used an adjective?

I'm wondering what's the right way here? I mean when it's being used as an adjective to mean "G-dly" not when it's being used to mean "super beautiful or delicious."

Would you capitalize or not? Wondering what others do.

If it's referring to G-d, I would capitalize.

similar question... when we're using the word "sages" to refer to tannaim or amoraim--would you capitalize, "the Sages say..."?
