Help! I have hardwood floors in my kitchen and it keeps on staining from oil how do I get it out???

You mean your wood floor isn't sealed and, the spilled cooking oil stains it? TBH I would probably apply oil to the whole floor so it stains the whole thing evenly. However, if it's just a spot here and there, Google "How to Remove oil stains from hardwood floors. " I just did and there are several suggestions. I can't give you a link because my phone doesn't show the URL.

And once you get the spots out, seal the floor with something like polyurethane so spills don't soak into the wood.
