I have very weird eyebrows, never seen any as bad as mine. After a week or so I have a whole extra patch of eyebrow under the arch near the end, like a separate double eyebrow
I have to pluck or wax super often, but I'm wondering what would be the easiest and most permanent way to get rid of the hair there for good? I'm totally fine with dealing with the shaping, it's just this big extra patch I could do without...
Also can any of these things be done in pregnancy?

I have to pluck daily the stray hairs that pop up. I guess if I didnt it would grow like you describe.
During pregnancy I would be wary of any treatments to remove hair permanently.

Electrolysis
It’s long, tedious, and painful, but it’s the best option for eyebrows
And it’s safe for pregnancy
I do electrolysis during pregnancy but not laser(which I don’t do for face)
