Caught virus and this morning started presenting with symptoms. Liquid stools, to put it 'nicely' and getting the runs to bathroom 5x/hr on average.
Started drinking homemade electrolyte drink now.
I don't see how I'll stomach any meal today and a bit worried what tomorrow will bring
Anyone else?

refuah shelaima OP, call your rav NOW about tomorrow. Dehydration is serious, you need to talk about what if this continues tonight and tomorrow.

Refuah shleimah! And please do NOT go to shul and risk spreading the virus to others! Hashem hears your tefillos at home too.

Refuah shelaima! I have a different virus- my throat is scratchy (not strep) I have a runny nose, my body aches sometimes, my stomach hurts….
I am anyway eating and drinking shiurim, and I am anyway not going to shul. There’s not much else to be done, at least for me.

I’m in the same boat, sadly.
Horribly sick since yesterday. And also nursing.
The rav told my DH to speak to a doctor because he’s not experienced enough in this to know what to tell me.
Edit: the people saying don’t go to shul obviously do not understand this illness. I can barely move to go to the bathroom. Going to shul is not even an option in my imagination.

Re shul,I didn't really have plans to go. I'm home alone with my kids for YK. DH is away. My kids are under 5 and clingy so children program doesn't really help me have alone time to go into shul to daven

Perhaps your husband should stay home and daven in a local shul.

Any health food store has activated charcoal.
