Hi. I got mine through the Bosch website last year and it was cheaper in the long run. They also told me to use the plastic bowl for breads and and the metal one for cookies and cakes and other pastries.
Hatzlocha and happy baking.
I give you a Bracha that you should be only baking for Simchas and happy Shobbosim in great health.
