Reason.
It's not hating because someone hurt you.
It's hating someone because they don't keep the Torah the same way as you. not accepting them into your community and schools that's Sinas Chinam.

This conversation is usually nuanced.
We read stories here on ima and hear one side only so it's presented as sinah for no reason.
The principal kicked my kid out of school for no reason.
My family doesn't talk to me for no reason.
The rav of my shul sided with the other person even though the facts were all on my side.
We only hear half the story.

Im not talking about imamother. Im talking real life. You know that new neighbor the one who wears those skirts the one with that on her head computer in her house...
So you can't let your kids be friends with hers they might Chasvshalom be friends and get along.
