I saw a picture of french toast cupcakes. I'm preparing that now as we speak. Take challah or bread. Cut into cubes. Make a mixture with eggs, water or milk, sugar, dash of salt, and cinnamon is optional. Combine this mixture with the challah/bread. Oil well a cupcake pan. Pour mixture into the pan and bake.

Where do you get gluten free flour in Israel? Not molino.

It depends which flour you're looking for. My grocery store sells almond, potato and corn flour.
If you're looking for flour mixes like konditor, karagil or rav tachliti - that's usually health food stores like b&d or nitzat haduvdevan. Osher ad sometimes has as well.

My kids complimented me: it tastes like regular French toast. That's exactly what I was looking to aim. This is Just so much easier.
